The next claimant, Jim McC from Rumor Has It, arrived just shy of two hours later and he was the finale.
Therefore, the remaining refunds will be held by the League Operator until such time that the league starts up again. Other arrangements can be made if someone cares to contact the League Operator to negotiate details.
