RAFFLE Status:
- Mona T got his second chance in the past three weeks and torpedoed two balls into pockets on the Table 04 break. 2-ball was the next target with an approximate 110-degree cut required for the northeast corner pocket. He made it and cashed out for one third of the available pot.
- James W used a unique technique for placing balls into the rack on Table 07. He carefully excluded the single-digit numbered balls until the onlookers convinced him to make the switch.
OTHER:
- Only two of the 10 teams scored fewer than 300 points this week.
- Racking my Brain leapfrogged four teams to snatch the current 1st place standing – just in time to get some Peace and Quiet for next week’s opponent.
- Allie proudly outscored her teammate/father by an amount equaling a full rack of balls.
- If you look at the individual standings this week, you’ll notice that Jerry W is tied with another player. It isn’t verified yet, but it sure seems that he has been tied with someone more often than any other player throughout this league’s history!
- Former league member Mark O dropped in and shot some balls on Table 16 for awhile.
