RAFFLE Status:
- Romy G broke dry on Table 11.
- Jim S (Romy’s teammate) broke strong on Table 07 – dropping in two balls. The cue ball after the break was positioned about half way between head spot and head rail and approximately one third of the table width away from the southern rail. The 1-ball was awkwardly positioned just off the southern rail and just east of the south side pocket. As is his style, Jim took less than a moment to think about it and then pummeled it into the southeast corner pocket without any doubt. Jim immediately cashed out because the 2-ball had no Vertigo.
- The remaining raffle pot rolls over to Week 07.
OTHER:
- Only one third of the scheduled season remains to be played.
- Week 07 will have 4 of the 5 matches between teams that are either identical or nearly identical in handicap.
- It also has each of the current top four teams playing another of them as an opponent.
- There are still zero teams averaging 315 points per week – which is usually the lowest amount with which the champion team ends.
