RAFFLE Status:
- Allie C got selected and broke dry on Table 07.
- Roy S prepared a rack on Table 06 and sank the 1-ball and 3-ball like bullseye darts on his break shot. After settlement of everything else, the 2-ball was perfectly positioned for the south side pocket. Roy sank that too and cashed out because the 4-ball was inaccessible.
- The remaining two thirds of the raffle pot rolls over to Week 03.
OTHER:
- Shooter’s gathered names and phone numbers of various league members to enable their newly-offered 15% table time discount – specifically for league members. Interested members who haven’t yet gotten on the list, please approach the front counter next week to do so.
- Angela S made her league debut. Ed W and Dean H returned after having missed a few seasons since their previous match. The three of them together scored a total of 151 points!
- Tony L had a cue-ball entrapment on Table 02 at one point. Upon cue-tip contact, it reacted like a jumping bean right onto the floor.
- Week 03 is next week and it represents two deadlines as denoted in league rules:
- 20.B which reads, “Each team will have the first three weeks of the season to have declared a fifth and sixth roster member to be a team-designated sub.”
- 24.A.iii which reads, “Each season’s league members have an option to invest in a Top Shooter side-pot“ and has more details thereafter.
