Outstanding outing(s):
- The only perfect scores this week were from a trio of Road Warriors catapulting the team into first place. Larry P, Bryan W, and Julian F was that trio; Tim C pitched in with a still-significant 73.
- Jeff H had a 76 for the still-second place Behind the 8-Ball team.
RAFFLE Status:
- Bill T was selected for the 1st time ever and made one on the break. The cue ball was unfortunately blocked from “seeing” the 1-ball and his kick shot resulted in a foul.
- Steve V honored his 3rd selection this season with a dry break.
- The remaining pot rolls over to week 09.
OTHER:
- Every team at the tables along the western windows scored more than 300 points. In fact, only 5 of the 16 active teams in the entire venue scored fewer than 300 points.
- Ashley missed her first league night in a while by cheering the Bears to victory at Soldier Field. The Bear fan section of the league thanks her!
- Paul A played his first league match since 30Aug2018. He had remembered it was a longer time ago and his performance backed him up (29 points), but the official books show August 2018.
- There was zero Juke Box action until approximately 10:40pm! It’s difficult to know which of the previous two notes contributed most to this anomaly.
