Noteworthy events from 2021 Summer Week 04

Outstanding outing(s):

  1. Kevin C scored a perfect 80.
  2. Romy G and Steve I each shot a 77.
  3. Paul S made his season debut with a 75.
  4. The Nuthin’ But a Stroke team won 28 of its 32 games this week.

RAFFLE Status:

  1. Bob C’s Table 04 break shot was drier than Chardonnay.
  2. Frank C made the 9-ball on his Table 04 break.  The 1-ball was along the foot rail and no more than a couple inches from the southeast corner pocket.  The cue-ball, however, was positioned unfavorably and required a kick shot.  It didn’t work.
  3. The raffle pot rolls over to Week 05.  

OTHER:

  1. War and Peace was fed a quiet night.
  2. The White Sox became the only major league team to win a game in the state of Iowa.
