Noteworthy events from 2022 Spring Week 04

Outstanding outing(s):

  1. Ed S delivered a perfect 80.

RAFFLE Status:

  1. Nancy K was picked for the third time in the past nine weeks.  She sank 3 balls on her Table 03 break shot and left her cue-ball in the grasps of the southwest corner pocket, but still on the table.  She got out her telescope and made a clean hit on the 1-ball which was just off the northeast rail, midway between the north side pocket and the northeast corner pocket.  The 1-ball dropped safely and Nancy cashed out for 4/9ths of the available pot.
  2. Bill T broke dry on Table 06.

OTHER:

  1. Norberto E made his league debut and scored a 55 against the Pocket Rattlers.
  2. His teammate David C made his season debut.
  3. There was a steady stream of 50’s and 60’s music emanating from the juke box.
  4. Frank C dropped in for a visit.
