Noteworthy events from 2022 Winter Week 11

Outstanding outing(s):

  1. It was a perfect 80 night for

    • IRONY Alert: All four of these individuals played games on tables along the northern wall of the venue.
  2. Jim S and Steve G each shot a 77.
  3. Scott C finished with a 75.

RAFFLE Status:

  1. Mona T hit them good, but broke dry on Table 06.
  2. Bob C also broke dry, but on Table 08.
  3. The raffle pot rolls over to Week 11.  

OTHER:

  1. As is quite often the case, the Road Warriors team finished the season in first place.
  2. Similarly, Larry P added another league-wide Top Shooter title to his resume averaging slightly higher than 9 points per game.
  3. Scott C officially won the top shooter side-pot.  All five competitors ended up in the top 12 for the entire league.
  4. David C made his league debut with It’s Straight In.
  5. The Racking My Brain team only had two players shooting, so their final score for the night was penalized 15 points.
  6. The Grayslake Fire Protection Department ignored our call that Nancy K was on fire.  Even the Wolff Pack couldn’t douse the flames.
  7. There was a significant lack of Doors music tonight.
