Noteworthy events from 2024 Spring Week 13

Outstanding outing(s):

  1. Nancy K and Dave F each scored a perfect 80.
  2. Alex T shot a 76.
  3. Kevin J and Phil P each finished with 73.

RAFFLE Status:

  1. Speaking of Kevin J.  He made a ball on the break, but missed his subsequent shot.
  2. Sean B made a ball on his break, but the dastardly table layout didn’t provide a good opportunity for more.
  3. The entire raffle pot rolls over to week 14.

OTHER:

  1. PhaCues had one absence, but it caused no HCP impact.
  2. Chalkoholics had one absence which caused a HCP decrease (8 pts) and therefore The Butchers opponent earned an 8 pt bonus.
  3. Behind the 8-Ball had one absence which caused a HCP decrease (16 pts) and therefore the Racking My Brain opponent earned a 16 pt bonus.
  4. Several “original averages” were retroactively adjusted this week as follows:
    • Increased Alex T’s by 0.65 based on actual scores throughout 5 weeks played this season and remaining opponents.
    • Increased Kacey A’s original average by 0.22 based on actual scores throughout 11 weeks played this season and remaining opponents
    • Increased John C’s original average by 0.11 based on actual scores throughout 13 weeks played this season and remaining opponents
    • Decreased Franciso M’s original average by 0.80 based on actual scores throughout 7 weeks played this season and remaining opponents.
